La tumba de Safo / Safo´s Tomb

Saludos gente, 

os escribo este breve post para informaros de dos cosas: la primera, de orden técnico, se refiere a que, como estoy haciendo en mis otros dos blogs, voy a tratar en este de escribir todas mis entradas tanto en inglés como en español, así, además de practicar yo, es posible que puedan leernos más personas que no saben español.

En segundo lugar, quería hablaros de lo deshonesta que puede llegar la gente a ser muchas veces. Voy a contaros una anécdota, después juzgad vosotros mismos: Hace poco salió publicado en cierta página web que la tumba de Safo de Mitilene, la gran poetisa griega que vivió en la isla de Lesbos en la Antigua Grecia, había sido encontrada. La noticia dio la vuelta a medio mundo, si no a todo, e incluso catedráticos de distintos lugares lo creyeron (lo sé porque una profesora mía nos lo comentó como un gran hallazgo). Finalmente y tras todo este bulo la misma página comentó que había sido un engaño, una broma de mal gusto. No se sabe si por intereses políticos, económicos o simplemente por molestar, pero no es cierto que la Tumba de Safo haya sido encontrada, así que si leéis esta noticia en algún lugar, debéis saber que es todo un grandísimo engaño, nada es verdad. ¿Quién comenzó, pues, toda esta historia? No se sabe, juzgad vosotros mismos.

I´m writing you in order to inform you about two things: the first of them, a technical new, is about, as I´m doing in my other two blogs, I am gonna try and write all my posts both in English and Spanish so, as long as I practise, it is posible to other people who doesn´t speak Spanish to read us.

On the other hand, I want to tell you about how dishonest can people be lots of times. I´m gonna tell you a story, after that, you must judge by yourselves: A few weeks ago, it was published in certain web page that Safo´s tomb -Safo, the great greek poet who lived in Lesbos Island, in the Ancient Greece- had been found. The new traveled all around the world, and even Professors from different countries believed it -I know this because a teacher of mine told us about it as if it was a huge finding-. Eventually, and after that big false rumour, the same web page told that it had been a lie, a cheat, a bad joke. If it´s been perpetrated by politic, economic os simply joking interests nobody knows, but it isn´t truth; Safo´s Tomb has not been found, so if you read this new somewhere, you must know that everything is a huge cheat, nothing´s true. Who started all this story, then? Nobody knows again, judge by yourselves.
